Abi's Style 

While Abi's only formal art education consists of a cartooning class in high school, it made all the impact it needed to in order to inspire a passion and reveal a serious talent hidden inside. Abi did extremely well in the class but didn't draw again for many years after school.

She draws from passion. She does not do well with instruction. She loves sharks and lions, for example, because of her sister, therefore she draws all manner of mystical creatures based on sharks and lions.

She knows no boundaries or limitations in her creativity. She blends and mixes, uses color combinations you're not supposed to, she often challenges her audience to decipher what she has created very unapologetically.

While she loves the intricacies of the Tangle style of drawing, which a friend introduced her to,  Abi's own sauce is always on every piece she does.

She draws for hours on most days.

Her preferred method is to find some sort of model online for her ideas and then pencil sketch what she wants on her sketch pad. She then fills in colors with permanent markers.
