Each team member has over 20 years of experience with dogs.
Our method is a slower, calmer, individualized approach as opposed to the "hurry up and get to the next appointment" routine of many groomers, both in salon and mobile.
We are heart driven not money driven. We aim for quality of experience over quantity.
With that said, in home grooming is still a luxury not a charity.
Our prices are comparable to mobile prices.
We do not overbook so that our time is quality time spent with your pup as well as you to address your concerns or questions.

FAQ
Can you do big dogs?
Yes we can groom big dogs. As long as we can arrange a suitable place to bathe, blow dry, brush
and do a haircut on our large table. Yes, some dogs may be too big. We can discuss and decide with you.

Can you do double-coated, excessive shedders?
Yes we can de-shed hairy dogs. There are of course considerations. That hair will go somewhere. We would have to discuss if you have a safe place for hair to blow willy nilly all over the place until we could vacuum it up.

What form of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash but can accept a check or zelle. We can also send you an email or text invoice thru Paypal but there is a $5 additional fee for that.

Do you do aggressive dogs or breeds?
No we don't do aggressive dogs or breeds. We love them we truly do. But no. We do not feel equipped and we will not push ourselves or a dog just for money for to say we did a thing.

Do you charge extra for matted dogs?
Yes we do charge extra for matted dogs regardless of the haircut length. We do NOT brush out matted dogs. We will brush out small mats if we feel it is do-able and safe.

Do you give discounts for multiple dogs?
No we do not give discounts for multiple dogs. The amount of work is the same. And our prices are already very reasonable.

Do you do nail trims only?
We can do nail trims only. If we come to groom your Yorkie and you have an additional dog that doesn't need a whole
groom... or if we are in your area with other full groom appointments.... we can certainly stop by to trim nails. But we cannot do "nails only" unless there is also a full groom on our schedule nearby.

How long does it usually take?
It usually takes 1 to 2 hours per groom for small to medium size dogs. Doodles may take as long as 3+.
There are many factors such as coat condition, demeanor of the dog, drying time, the peace and quiet level of the area we groom in... There must be no distractions.

Can I leave my home while you're grooming?
No. We will not groom your dog if you are not home, if you have to go to work before we're done, if you have other appointments..... You must schedule at a time that you will have no other demands on your time and no distractions for
the grooming process. If you have to leave suddenly and unexpectedly, we will stop where we are and leave as you do. We would have to reschedule to finish and there would be an extra charge.
