Your pup will get:

A bath

A blow dry with a forced air blower as tolerated

A brush out if not matted

Nail trim/grind which ever is best

Haircut of your choice based on the condition of your dog's coat

De-shed for hairy dogs

We choose the best bathing spot with your guidance. Many homes have 2 or more options for tubs or sinks. We have a dedicated bather who specializes in respectful and gentle bathing. No rushing, thorough sudsing and washing, meticulous rinsing. Great care for the sensitive areas that most dogs are resistful for. If your pup is feisty it may take a little longer or we may use team work for instance on the face.

We have 2 groomers that will set up an appropriate sized professional grooming table, lay out our tools, plug in our equipment while your dog is being bathed. 

We will discuss your desired style and what special needs your pet may have. For instance you may like your pup in a long coat but not be able to keep her brushed. We would recommend a shorter style to avoid mats and constant shave downs. The proper length and scheduling routine is key. We will not make your dog or ourselves suffer with something that is just not practical.

We will use a blower to blow water out of your dogs coat. Its as loud as the shop vac. If your dog sheds it will blow loose hair out and about. We always do our best to shop vac as much hair as we can find before we leave.

We then typically use a hand dryer which is lower speed and gentler for face ears and tail drying.

Then we do nails and haircut. Not necessarily in that order.

We wipe the inner surface of the ears clean, 

Give a spritz of fancy cologne made with essential oil,

And when available we give them a bandana suitable to the season.

We ask that you stay quiet and out of your dogs site as much as possible. Not because we don't want you to see but because dogs get very excitable when they see their people and we CANNOT groom a dog that will no longer be still.

Safety first.

You may text us at anytime if you are tucked away in another room to get an update or see if its safe to peak in.

When done we typically put them down and they run to find you!

We will also text when done if you aren't nearby, like out doing yard work or whatnot.

We will give you a report on how it went, answer any questions, and collect payment.

If you are satisfied with the process and we had pleasant time as well you may rebook before we leave or text us at anytime to do so.

If we do not think your dog or your situation is a good fit for our services we will be honest with you.

We rely on texting to keep notes so it is preferred over calling.
